What to Expect: Your Structure for Progress
Before our first clinical session, you will complete a comprehensive digital intake form. We then kick off with a thorough initial assessment to precisely map your baseline, identify your specific stress loops, and isolate exactly where you want to build momentum.
All consultations and treatment sessions are conducted entirely online via secure, high-definition video calls. This allows you to engage in the safety, comfort, privacy, and convenience of your own space.
True psychological change is a deliberate skill that requires targeted practice. A standard clinical engagement typically consists of 4 to 5 structured, 1-hour sessions, over 6-8 weeks. Each session builds seamlessly on the last, equipping you with an active toolkit you can use for life.
To complete my Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) qualification, I am open to my final two clients at no financial cost to you. I am seeking individuals who are genuinely ready to take an active role in their own progress to overcome issues such as:
